Azerbaijan, Pakistan explore future energy projects in Baku
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Pakistan’s Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik have met in Baku to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, with a particular emphasis on energy cooperation.
The two leaders expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of their nations’ friendly and brotherly ties across all sectors. They praised the ongoing cooperation and the progress made in various fields, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
A key point of the discussion was the importance of initiatives under Baku Energy Week, which serves as a vital platform for advancing international energy collaboration. Both officials recognised the significant role these events play in promoting global energy dialogue and cooperation.
The meeting also focused on expanding energy ties between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, with a special emphasis on exploring future oil and gas projects. Both sides expressed optimism about the potential for mutually beneficial energy ventures, further solidifying the strategic partnership between the two countries.
